Christmas Truffles

Truffles are a big family Christmas tradition in my house. My daughter adores them.
And despite what you might think homemade Christmas truffles can be super easy to make.
The classic Christmas truffle is made with a chocolate and cream ganache but there are other simple ways to make truffles which are still totally delicious and can be even easier.
I’ve got a bunch of scrumptious truffle recipes for you to pick from here using different methods.
Whichever method you pick, two key things to remember are :
- you need to leave time for them to set before shaping & then covering
- and they won’t keep as long shop bought and are best kept in the fridge and gobbled up within 10 days.
Simple Chocolate Truffles
If you want to make classic Christmas truffles with cream I really recommend the recipe below from Sally’s Baking Addiction – I also recommend her Christmas crinkle cookies – just do exactly what she says!!
