Just 10 Things – 48 Hair Removal Stuff

July 10, 2018 by Alice Leave a Comment

Razors, foams, creams, wax all clogging up the bathroom cupboard just to keep our legs smooth and silky - sure if we use them keep them but if not let them go and enjoy the extra space ... #declutter #just10things #happierwithout

It’s funny isn’t it?

Some of the things.

Us humans get obsessed with, huh?

I mean. Body hair. What’s all that about?

Who knows.

BUT obsessed we are.

With removing every last trace.

And feeling silky smooth.

Which MEANS.

We’ll try anything.

However painful.

At least once.

BEFORE leaving it to linger in the bathroom cupboard with all the other weird and not-very-wonderful hair removal solutions we’ve tried.

So today we’re going to clear our bathroom cupboard of the hair removal stuff we ain’t using.

And ain’t going to use …

If you’re following along with my quick daily declutter, read on. BUT if you’re new do hop back and read how just 10 things can help you declutter easily.

Just 10 Things  – Hair Removal

As always we’ll stick to the just 10 things rules:

  • Take 5 minutes or so, 15 minutes max
  • Focus on hair removal
  • Open our eyes to stuff that didn’t work
  • And without yanking stuff out
  • Spot any we’re ready to let go

Keeping our eyes peeled for …

  1. Disposable razors
  2. Razor blades
  3. Bikini trimmers
  4. Electric razors
  5. Shaving foam
  6. After shave cream
  7. Hair removal cream
  8. Hair wax
  9. Hair lighteners
  10. Tweezers

Now that last one. Tweezers.

Is tricky.

I know.

Because despite having twenty pairs.

We can NEVER have one.

But you know what?

The funny thing is.

IF we only have one pair.

We are far MORE likely to look after them.

AND put them back.

Where they belong.

So go on.

Let the other 19 go … 🙂

BUT whatever you let go, well done.

Remember these tiny 5 minute declutters every day add up.

And seriously will clear every corner of your home of unwanted clutter.

But for an extra little nudge read on.

A Little Nudge

Lots of people are talking about waste.

And all the plastic stuff we chuck in landfill.

It’s NOT great.

AND is actually expensive for us.

Disposable plastic razors end up costing US more than an electric or good old fashioned safety razor.

AND the disposable ones clutter our cupboards.

We can never quite remember if we need more.

So we buy some anyway.

Which means more clutter.

And more expense.

So have a think.

And why not make this one small change?

And switch your razor.

You’ll cut clutter.

Save money.

And help the planet.

Hurrah!

I hope today's gentle declutter prompt helped.
