We ALL want one.
For ourselves.
And our families.
But are more than a bit rubbish.
Aren’t we?
At the simple stuff.
That makes a BIG difference.
Walking more. Sleeping better. Eating veg.
Cutting down on sugar.
So we’re all super vulnerable.
To the claims and promises.
From the companies flogging vitamins and supplements and super remedies.
Who say “pop this pill”.
And enjoy instant health for ever more.
BUT we NEVER do.
And stop taking them.
UNTIL we fall for a different company.
Saying “pop this pill” etc etc.
AND end up with a shelf full of tubs and boxes and bottles of forgotten, expired vitamins and supplements and the like.
So today we’re going to say “yah boo” to all those dodgy claims and chuck out those remedies that are actually doing nothing for our health …
If you’re following along with my quick daily declutter, read on. BUT if you’re new do hop back and read how just 10 things can help you declutter easily.
Just 10 Things – Vitamins & Home Remedies
As always we’ll stick to the just 10 things rules:
- Take 5 minutes or so, 15 minutes max
- Focus on our vitamins & home remedies
- Open our eyes to the expired and those we just don’t use
- And without yanking stuff out
- Spot any we’re ready to let go
Keeping our eyes peeled for …
- Multivitamins
- Kids vitamins
- Bones & joint health
- Natural remedies
- Women’s health
- Energy boosters
- Sleep remedies
- Travel sickness
- Hair supplements
- Diet pills
A big well done as always.
For anything you let go.
They’re NOT big things.
And they don’t take up huge space.
But the hundreds and hundreds of tiny things cluttering our homes actually cause as much stress and anxiety as the space hoggers.
Our brains have to work super hard, non-stop to filter out all the little things we don’t need.
And it’s amazing how calming it is to come to a cupboard or drawer or shelf that is ONLY storing stuff we like AND use.
